Requirements for registering company as a Distributor
1.    Company Valid Trade License
2.    Company Memorandum of Agreement
3.    Valid ID proof of the manager who sign in the application on behalf of the company
4.    Bank Details of the company
5.    Alternate payer Form if payment made by another person
6.    Valid ID Proof of the Alternate Payer
7.    Authorization Form in Company Letter head with company seal, if they provide other bank details for commission transfer.
8.    Bank Details and Valid ID Proof of the person mentioned in the Authorization Form

Requirements for registering individual as a Distributor and the payment made by a company

1.    ID Proof of the Individual
2.    Bank Details
3.    Alternate Payer Form-with Signature and company seal
a.    Valid Trade License of the company
b.    Valid ID Proof of the Signatory in the Alternate Payer Form 
c.    Signature in the cheque and Alternate Payer Form Should be Same
4.    We will not issue any tax invoice addressed to the company if they do not register the sale under company name

PROPRIETORSHIP FIRM:
1. Direct Seller Form (with seal and signature)
2. Product Purchase Form (with seal and signature)
3. GST/Tax registered documents
4. Business Registration documents
5. Cancel cheque of the firm
6. PAN copy and Aadhar copy of proprietor

PARTNERSHIP FIRM COMPANY:
1. Direct Seller Form (with seal and signature)
2. Corporate Authorization Form (with seal and signature)
3. Product Purchase Form (with seal and signature)
4. Registered Partnership Deed
5. Firm Registration Document
6. Board of Resolution with seal and sign in company’s letter head (available in our website for download)
7. PAN copy of partnership firm
8. Cancel cheque of partnership firm
9. GST registered documents
10. Pan & Aadhaar copies of the partners

PVT LTD COMPANY:
1. Direct Seller Form (with seal and signature)
2. Corporate Authorization Form (with seal and signature)
3. Product Purchase Form (with seal and signature)
4. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
5. MOA & AOA (Complete Copy) First two pages and last two pages with company’s sign and seal
6. Directors Details (DIN) with Seal and Signature in company's letter head
7. Share Certificate or Share Allotment Details with Seal and Signature in company’s letter head
8. Board of Resolution with Seal and Sign by Minimum 2 Directors in company's letter head. (Available in our website for download)
9. PAN copy of the company.
10. GST registered documents
11. Pan & Aadhaar copies of the Authorized Directors.
12. Cancelled Cheque of Company.
